Certifications, Standards & Compliance

At Production Sources Pakistan, compliance is not an afterthought — it is embedded into every product we manage. From safety wear and gloves to tactical uniforms and workwear apparel, we ensure that all sourcing and production activities align with internationally recognized certifications and regulatory standards, both in terms of material usage and end-product performance.

All production is executed through a carefully vetted network of facilities that follow robust quality management and environmental systems, including ISO 9001 for Quality Management and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management. This ensures that every order we coordinate is developed under structured procedures, with documented traceability and measurable quality control at each stage.

For safety clothing and industrial apparel, we comply with key technical standards required in Europe, North America, and global tender frameworks. These include:

  • EN ISO 20471 – High-visibility clothing

  • EN ISO 11612 – Flame-retardant protective clothing

  • EN 1149 – Electrostatic discharge protective clothing

  • EN ISO 11611 – Protective clothing for welding

  • IEC 61482-1-2 – Arc flash protective clothing

  • EN 13034 – Chemical-resistant clothing

  • EN 343 / EN 342 – Protection against rain and cold

For gloves and hand protection products, our offerings follow:

  • EN 388 – Mechanical protection (cut, tear, abrasion, puncture)

  • EN 407 – Thermal and heat protection

  • EN 420 – General glove requirements

  • ANSI/ISEA 105 – North American standard for cut, puncture, abrasion, and heat resistance

  • ASTM D120 / F2675 – U.S. standards for electrical insulation and mechanical performance in gloves

We also ensure that the materials used are tested or selected in line with safety and sustainability directives such as:

  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 – For harmful substance-free textiles

  • REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) – For chemical safety and substance traceability

  • RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) – Where applicable in PPE components

  • Global Recycled Standard (GRS) – For products aligned with recycled material usage and environmental accountability

For defense and institutional uniforms, we ensure compliance with regional requirements for military camouflage, police tactical apparel, transport uniforms, and public-sector staff clothing, following relevant garment durability, washing fastness, dimensional stability, and identification requirements.

Our production partners are regularly assessed under international frameworks including SEDEX, CTPAT, and buyer-specific audit programs. These cover aspects of ethical sourcing, fair labor, worker safety, and environmental risk control — ensuring that our supply chain is responsible, transparent, and approved by global brands and agencies.

At Production Sources Pakistan, we take pride in offering not only high-performance products but also full regulatory assurance. Whether you're sourcing for the EU, North America, GCC countries, or global tender markets — your products will be aligned with all applicable compliance and quality frameworks.
